Moving in Revere
Revere sits directly south of Lynn along the coast, and our crew makes the drive in about 12 minutes. From beachfront high-rises to dense triple-decker neighborhoods, Revere offers a wide range of move types — and we handle all of them weekly.
Common Revere move types
The Revere Beach corridor has seen a building boom in the past decade. New high-rise condominiums along Revere Beach Boulevard have elevators, loading docks, and controlled-access lobbies. Moving in or out of these buildings requires building-specific paperwork — COI, elevator reservation, and sometimes a security deposit. We handle every piece of that coordination.
Away from the beach, Revere is classic triple-decker territory. These three-floor walk-ups with narrow stairways are our bread and butter. We bring extra padding for tight turns on landings and floor runners to protect hardwood stairs.
Revere-specific tips
- Beach traffic: Summer weekends bring heavy beach traffic along Revere Beach Blvd and Ocean Avenue. We schedule morning starts to avoid afternoon congestion.
- Beachmont area: Streets near the Beachmont T station are narrow with heavy parking. We arrive early to secure truck positioning near your door.
- Route 1 corridor: Moves from apartment complexes along Route 1 near the Showcase Cinema area have easy truck access and are among the fastest jobs in Revere.
